Charmaine was born in Jamaica, and still has that cool island spirit. Moving to the states later in her childhood, a family friend's salon became her second home. The seed was planted, and her passion for hair sprouted from there. In her younger years she worked for different corporations, where she was able to get a grasp on the business principals needed to start and grow a business. After some years spent working hard in salons, gathering as much knowledge as possible, she was able to venture out on her own and start her own business. She was also able to get her foot in the door for educational opportunities, to represent larger salon companies and participate in a plethora of cosmetology trade shows. All of these experiences finally led her to her career in Williamsburg. This salon represents all of her achievements and can further her passion for hair. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband Michael, her daughter Logan, and her cat Simba. But most of all, you can find her every Wednesday night teaching the youth bible class and on Sundays praising the Lord at her local Church.
